Timeless Elegance With Legacy Flush Sliding Sash Windows
Bring timeless character to your home with our Heritage Legacy Sliding Sash Windows. Designed to replicate the elegant proportions of traditional Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian timber sashes, these windows deliver authentic period charm with all the modern benefits of Breakwater Windowsd uPVC. From slim sightlines and deep bottom rails to optional run-through sash horns, every detail has been carefully considered to capture the look and feel of genuine heritage joinery.
Low-maintenance and highly durable, our Legacy sash windows combine authentic design with twenty-first-century performance. Unlike timber, uPVC will never warp, flake, or require repainting, meaning you enjoy classic aesthetics without the upkeep. With smooth sliding action and easy-clean tilt functionality, our sash windows are as practical as they are beautiful. A wide choice of colours, woodgrain foils, and heritage hardware finishes ensures a bespoke look tailored to your property.
For homeowners who value both style and security, our sash windows can also be upgraded to meet PAS 24 standards. This optional enhancement provides enhanced protection with reinforced frames and Breakwater Windowsd locking systems, while our new slim midrail and fully mechanical joints maintain the refined heritage appearance. The result is a window that respects the legacy of the past while offering the comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind you expect today.

Stunning Design
Our Heritage Legacy uPVC Sash Windows are crafted to replicate the timeless style of traditional sash designs, whether Georgian, Victorian, or Edwardian, while providing the strength, durability, and low maintenance of modern uPVC. With their authentic proportions, refined detailing, and classic sightlines, they perfectly capture the charm of period timber windows without the drawbacks, making them the ideal choice for homeowners who want elegance, efficiency, and reliability in one beautifully designed solution.
Security That Doesn’t Compromise Style
Our Heritage Sliding Sash Windows can be upgraded to meet PAS 24 security standards, offering exceptional protection while preserving the elegant aesthetics of your period property. This upgrade includes multi-point locking systems, reinforced frames, and laminated glazing, all carefully integrated so the traditional sash design remains unchanged. The result is a window that combines classic heritage charm with modern safety features, providing peace of mind for you and your family. Ideal for both heritage homes and contemporary properties seeking period-style appeal, these secure sliding sash windows ensure your home is not only beautiful but also robust and resistant to forced entry.
Excellent Weatherproofing
Our Legacy uPVC Sliding Sash Windows are designed for strength, durability, and long-lasting performance—built to withstand the unpredictable British climate without ever compromising on their elegant appearance. Rigorously tested to the highest standards, these sash windows have achieved a 1200 wind resistance rating. This means you can enjoy beautiful, traditional-style sash windows that don’t just look the part but also provide exceptional protection, reliability, and peace of mind year after year.
Smooth Operation
Heritage Sliding Sash Windows are designed with a smooth, easy-glide opening system that makes them effortless to operate while maximising space within your home. Unlike traditional casement windows, the vertical sliding mechanism means they open without encroaching on your interior, making them ideal for both period properties and modern living. For added practicality, both the upper and lower sashes tilt inwards, allowing for safe, convenient cleaning from inside your home—perfect for upper floors or hard-to-reach areas.
Secure Windows
Heritage Legacy Sliding Sash Windows feature a new slim 37 mm midrail, designed to improve sightlines while maintaining the timeless elegance of a traditional timber sash. This refined profile enhances natural light and complements period properties, making it an ideal choice for heritage homes and conservation projects where authentic aesthetics are essential.
